  • Ensure the systems and processes are in place to solidify scalability (because, let's be real, after all the fun of discovering your story, it does you no good if you aren't set up for success down the road).

 

I read an article once about the characteristics of a well-rounded CMO. It talked about the knowledge we must have between storytelling, digital marketing and business as a whole. So much is expected of me and my fellow marketers and I'm lucky to have 15 years of amazing experience in all of these areas. I'm excited to have a seat at the table and work to grow great brands with great messages that have amazing benefits to their audiences.

By day I am a marketer and by night I am a dog lover, long-hiker, beachgoer, amateur chef and family activity planner. I received my undergrad from MSU (GO GREEN!) and my MBA from Western Michigan University. Knowledge is power.

 

And since we're being real here, I'll mention my side passion of supporting other women in business. There is an amazing story to be told here and I will always work to help other women tell theirs so we can continue to "bridge the gap".
